Visit Us:

We provide free parking in our back lot on Howard Street between 12th and South Van Ness. We no longer provide access through the rear entrance, so please walk around the corner to the South Van Ness entrance.

 

Return/Exchange Policy:

Keep your sales receipt: Return/Exchange must be accompanied by original sales receipt within 15 days. All items must have original tags and be in original condition.  Refunds will be issues in original form of payment and/or check. Phone orders require prior return authorization and shipping charges will not be refunded. Helmets cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

 

Warranty:

We have a 1-year manufacturing defect warranty for items purchased at the D-Store.
